Our mission is simple yet ambitious.
To work with strategic partners and clients to:
- explore, experiment and develop new co-creative practices
- apply these innovative ways of working to unblock the systemic entanglements inherent in the four societal pillars of education, health, business and governance.
It is an on-going inquiry into the very nature of people, the systems they live in and their ways of knowing and being.
We are also guided by four underlying principles:
Evoking creativity - releasing people's creative potential to achieve breakthrough solutions
Seeing collectively - using circles of people as a source of collective intelligence
Being present - harnessing the energy and data of the present moment to work phenomenologically as well as cognitively
